Name/Title: First Year Missionary Leader

Purpose: The First Year Missionary Family (FYM) Leader gives primary on location oversight to the welfare of the First Year Missionaries: by spending 9 months overseeing discipleship classes, meeting one on one with FYM’s, provide oversight in every aspect of their day to day ministry and living conditions including lodging, transportation, and meals. The FYM Leader will see students discover, develop, and be deployed in their role in the Body of Christ.
