1.) What does a translator do?
Translators make communication possible between the participants on AIM's trips and the national people with whome they build relationships and share the gospel. Translation is needed during VBS, evangelism, construction, and all other oureach activities during a project.

2.) How do I apply?
Call us at 800-881-2461 and we will mail you an application form.

3.) Do I have to raise my own support?
You need to raise prayer support and your travel expenses.

4.) When do you need translators the most?
Mostly during the summer.

5.) Will someone train me?
We will do all that we can to assist you in preparing for the project by provided you with a manual that will give you some basic guidelines and information for the project, but we expect you to already be proficient enough in both languages to be able to participate on an AIM project without any other additional training.
