Ambassador Team Leader
Can you see yourself as a Team Leader or Support Staff for an AIM Ambassador Team? Ask
yourself these questions:
Do you have a heart for missions and a passion to see the Great Commission fulfilled? |
Do you have a desire to challenge college students to a greater involvement in world missions or even personal evangelism? |
Do you have the ability to disciple students toward a greater personal relationship with Jesus Christ? |
Do you have strong relational skills coupled with the leadership skills to effectively deal with challenging situations? |
Are you confident in cross-cultural environments and able to effectively work outside of your comfort zone? |
Are you
21 years or older? |
If so, then become a Team Leader or Support Staff for one of our
Summer Ambassador Mission Teams – You can do mission work as you lead young adults. For a married couple, this is a great opportunity to minister and lead as a team!
Ambassador Mission Trips are 2˝ or 4-week mission trips during the summer. A team is made up of 10 - 20 individual high school and college students from across the United States and Canada. These trips are “hands-on” evangelistic outreaches. Along with our standard outreach teams, we have soccer and basketball sports evangelism trips and a music ministry outreach trip.
AIM’s Ambassador trips go to locations such as the Amazon jungle of Peru, a remote island off the coast of Panama, the inner city trenches of Philadelphia, Jamaica, Romania, England/Ireland/Amsterdam, Kenya, South Africa, and other locations. To gain an understanding of what an Ambassador trip is and the impact that it has on the lives of the student participants,

participants.
For an each trip, we have multiple opportunities for leaders. The leadership team is responsible for the team logistics and daily schedule, ministry opportunities, spiritual discipleship, team unity and relationships, communication and relationships with the national or local pastors and missionaries with which your team will minister, and the funds allotted to the team. You guide the team, foster team unity, direct the spiritual growth of team members, and ensure that the team stays focused on God's leading as they minister the Gospel.
Before leaving for your mission field, AIM will train you and your team, and give you and your team the opportunity to get to know one another and to build the team unity that is so critical to a successful mission trip.
You can apply online for an Ambassador leader position, or for more information you can contact Thomi Wilson at 770-983-5000 or 800-881-2461 x225 or Email Thomi at

For your consideration, AIM also has other leadership
opportunities.
