Missions for Volunteers and Project Leaders
Short Term Mission Trip Project Leader - A mission experience that will challenge you and change your life!
Age Range: 23 years or older
Who: Those who flourish in a leadership role, enjoy empowering youth, and have a heart for missions.
When: Throughout the year, but concentrated in the summer months.
Length: 7-10 days
Locations:       Inner-city US, Rural US, American Indian Reservations, Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Central America, South America, and various other locations
Leader
Overview:
Take the lead role in facilitating a 7-10 day mission project. Our primarily need is with summer mission projects for youth groups (junior and senior high school students). You are responsible for all aspects of the mission project, including logistics and spiritual direction. AIM will train you. For large projects you are encouraged to recruit Volunteer Staff to go with you.

Worship Leader
Age Range: At least 19 years old and 1 year out of high school.
Who: Those who flourish in leading in worship in music, enjoy partnering with the Project Leader as well as leading participants and staff into the presence of God through praise.
When: Through the year, but concentrated in the summer months.
Length: 6-9 days
Locations:       Inner City US, Rural US, American Indian reservation, Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Central America, South America, and various other locations.
Leader
Overview:
The worship leaders primary role is to first serve the project and then secondly lead worship. The Worship leader works to find out where the participants are spiritually and meets them there with God’s love.

Volunteer Support Staff for Short Term Mission Trips - Assist the mission trip Project Leader
Age Range: 18 years or older
Who: Those who flourish in a support capacity to those in leadership, enjoy working with youth, and have a heart for missions.
When: Throughout the year, but concentrated in the summer months.
Length: 7-10 days
Locations:       Inner-city US, Rural US, American Indian Reservations, Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Central America, South America, and various other places.
Support Staff
Overview:
Assist the Project Leader of a 7-10 day mission project. Our primarily need is with summer mission projects for youth groups (junior and senior high school students). The Project Leader Leader may need help coordinating the following areas: Logistics, Outreach, Service Projects, Evangelism, and Prayer. Larger projects require more Volunteer Staff.

Spanish Language Translator - Help us in a practical way on the mission field!
Age Range: Anyone over the age of 15
Who: An individual proficient in Spanish
When: Throughout the year, but primarily in the summer
Length: 7-10 days
Locations:       Mexico, Dominican Republic, and South America
Translator
Overview:
Join participants on our mission trips and assist them through English-Spanish translation. We have need for translators with our Mission Projects For Youth Group, College Break Missions Trips, and Adult Trips.
