Full time Positions:

1. Church Mobilization Representative (Openings: 2 Location: GA, Salary Position). Job Description: Coach youth pastors and group leaders over the phone in the training, preparation and organization of their missions trip. Work with field staff to translate the group’s desires into a high-impact, life-transforming missions experience. Must enjoy phone calls and organizing details. You could even lead mission trips!

2. Project Set-up Coordinator (Openings: 1 Location: MX , Support Raised Position) Job Desc: Responsible for assessing community physical and spiritual needs, securing lodging, meals, construction & ministry sites for numerous mission trips in Mexico, U.S. and various countries. May also assist in the leading of mission trips. Ability to speak Spanish preferred in Latin American locations.

3. Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director (Openings: 1 Location: GA, Salary Position) Job Desc: Requires a high-energy, people person who has a high concern for details. Responsibilities range from performing clerical to making presentations to church groups. Also responsible for ghost writing letters, coordinating & scheduling the writing of materials, articles and books in conjunction with the Director

4. Full-time College Ministry Leaders (Openings: 2, Location: GA, PH, Support Raised Position) Job Desc: Minister to year-round Interns by using your previous ministry experience; leadership & crisis management skills; small group & team-building skills and your heart for young adults. Disciple, organize & provide leadership for teams of Interns as they help to facilitate short-term mission trips; follow-up with national new believers and pastors or perform other administrative duties as assigned. May include assisting in the set up, staffing or leading of mission trips. Mostly to work with the Real Life Missions Team and the First Year Missionary Program.

5. Ambassador Program Assistant (Openings:1 Location: GA, Either Salary or Support Raised Position ) Job Desc: Minister along side the Ambassador Program Administrator using your gifts and skills of organization, communication, phone & writing skills and your heart for developing young adult leadership. Assist in a variety of administrative and clerical duties including planning, promotion, data entry and communicating with potential Ambassadors. May also assist in the set up, staffing or leading of mission trips.

6. Real Life /CBT Program Assistant (Openings:1 Location: GA, Either Salary or Support Raised Position ) Job Desc: Minister along side the Real Life/CBT Program Administrator using your gifts and skills of organization, communication, phone & writing skills and your heart for developing young adult leadership. Assist in a variety of administrative and clerical duties including planning, promotion, data entry and communicating with potential Interns. May also assist in the set up, staffing or leading of mission trips.

7. Program Alumni Coordinator (Openings:1 Location: GA , Either Salary or Support Raised Position) Job Desc: Communicate regularly with past participants via a newsletter and periodic phone calls or letters in order to disciple them and encourage them into full-time ministry. May include assisting in the set up, staffing or leading of mission trips.

8. Accounting Clerk (Openings: 1 Location: GA, Salary Position) Job Desc: Requires spreadsheet and data entry experience to enter Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables into computer, print receipts, and maintain spreadsheets. May assist in other clerical tasks. Accurate data entry and critical thinking skills a must.

9. Front Desk Receptionist (Openings: 1 Location: GA, Salary Position) Job Desc: Minister to AIM staff using your gifts of organization & initiative as well as your people and phone skills. Greet visitors, answer phones & questions from callers, perform data entry, word processing, mailing and filing. Assist Operations staff in a variety of administrative and clerical duties. May also assist in the set up, staffing or leading of mission trips.

10. Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator (Openings: 2+ Location: MX, Support Raised Position ) Job Desc: Minister to AIM staff and mission trip participants by using your mechanical skills to perform major and minor repairs to company owned fleet of 20 busses and vans as well as staff owned vehicles. May also assist in the set up, staffing or leading of mission trips.

11. Facilities Development Administrator (Openings: 1 Location: GA, Support Raised Position ) Job Desc: Minister to AIM staff and mission trip participants using your gifts and skills of organization, vision, team leadership & development to oversee the planning and implementation of new offices and long-term ministry sites for AIM in various worldwide locations. Knowledge of building design, construction & logistics required. May require traveling and knowledge of a foreign language. May assist in the set up, staffing or leading of mission trips.



Short-Term & Summer Opportunities

1. Summer Real Life Team Leader (Openings: 12 Location: VR, Volunteer Position ) Job Desc: Minister to summer Interns by using your leadership & crisis management skills; small group & team-building skills and your heart for young adults. Disciple, organize & lead teams of Interns as they facilitate evangelistic mission trips and follow-up with new believers. 

2. Summer Ambassador Team Leader (Openings: 8 Location: VR, Volunteer Position ) Job Desc: Minister worldwide for up to 4 weeks leading an Ambassador Team by using your previous ministry experience; leadership & crisis management skills; team-building skills and your heart for teens. Disciple, organize & lead teams of up to 25 Ambassadors in evangelistic outreaches using mime, drama or sports to reach nationals for Christ. 

3. Summer Work Crew Leader (Openings: 8 Location: VR, Volunteer Position ) Job Desc: Minister to a small team of teens for the summer by using your leadership abilities, general maintenance knowledge & team-building skills. Disciple, organize and teach servanthood to groups of teens as they maintain AIM facilities and serve participants on short-term mission trips.

Adventures In Missions' headquarters. Gainesville is a fast-growing city of 30,000 about an hour northeast of Atlanta. The 1996 Olympic rowing venues were at nearby Lake Lanier. The Appalachian Trail is only 30 minutes away. 

PH = Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA:
In the heart of the inner-city of north central Philly lies AIM's first urban ministry center. Hundreds of youth come each summer to evangelize on the streets. 

MX = Matamoros, Tamaulipas, MEXICO:
Just across the border from Brownsville, Texas, near where the Rio Grande empties into the gulf, sits the impoverished city of Matamoros. AIM has a ministry center called The Gateway just ten miles away from this town of 300,000.
