Paid Summer Staff (Previously AIM Intern Program)
Take your passion for MISSIONS, your LEADERSHIP SKILLS, and your desire to WORK WITH YOUTH…and GET PAID -
$250/week!
 For 10-weeks during the summer, youth groups come to AIM's mission bases in inner-city Philadelphia, Appalachia West Virginia, and Mexico. As
Summer Staff, you will assist the Project Leader for these
trips. You will receive $200/week or $250/week. If you attempt to raise support,
you will receive the $250/week amount, even if you are
unable to raise the equivalent of $250/week.

for our Paid Summer Staff. Only spots for guys remain.

Positions are available for young adults, ages 19-25.

Role and Responsibilities: You will be a member of a team that assists the mission Project
Leader. Your roles and responsibilities may include:
- Outreach Coordinator: Coordinate evangelistic outreaches including VBS, sports evangelism, mime and drama, orphanage and nursing visitation, and light construction projects.
- Evangelism/Prayer Coordinator: Lead teams assigned to prayer and door-to-door evangelism, lead prayer walks, and lead morning concerts of prayer.
- Logistics Coordinator: Help manage the missions project schedule, meal preparation, vehicle and transportation assignments, and general management of project details.

as compared to AIM Internships: Note that prior to this year, we referred to Summer Staff as "AIM Interns." For 2001, we have introduced a new AIM Internship program that provides a more complete exposure to missionaries and mission experience.
