Work Crew: Learning to Serve and Lead
 Washing dishes, sweeping floors, scrubbing bathrooms... this is ministry?
If you want to learn to be a leader and have a servant's heart, Work Crew is the trip for you.

Each Work Crew team is made up of 4 - 10 mature Christian high school
and college students who are ready to WORK! WORK! WORK! and SERVE! SERVE! SERVE! They live and work at Adventures In Missions' ministry facilities at The Gateway in Matamoros, Mexico. Each week, 80 - 120 youth travel to The Gateway for one week of mission work in the surrounding communities. The Work Crew plays a vital role in keeping things running smoothly while the summer projects are in full swing.

Grow in your relationship with God.
You will be challenged spiritually through discipleship with your leaders and accountability with your teammates. You will have daily group Bible studies, team prayer time and time for your personal devotions. You'll learn to work as a team with others on the Work Crew. You will be amazed at what God will show you.

Be a leader and a servant.
Yes, you'll really wash dishes, sweep floors and clean bathrooms. But not only will you serve by doing these chores, you'll help instruct and assist mission trip participants in their daily chores. And once a week you'll head out into the community to minister to the Mexican people. Ministry is never far away!
