Live missionally wherever you may go.

We offer a leadership and discipleship program that equips followers of Christ to recreate biblical community through teachings, scripture, and activation.

Leadership Curriculum

Our curriculum is based on “know yourself, lead yourself, lead others”. We develop character and the ability to lead others emotionally and spiritually while understanding one's true identity in Christ. We believe in hands on training, activation, and experiential learning.

CGA apprentices are encouraged to get-part time jobs. These jobs function as opportunities to minister to our local community, practically living a missional life wherever we go. Apprentices bring the truths they learn in the class into their workplace.

Travis Bonning

Senior Manager

Travis grew up outside the city limits of Houston, TX in Cypress where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and living on a horse ranch. He graduated from Baylor University in 2011 with a degree in Neuroscience and Psychology. At Baylor, Travis developed a deeper relationship with the Lord. During his junior year, he started attending Antioch Community Church where he fell in love with Jesus and His purposes on the Earth. Travis was active in Younglife and various campus ministries, while also enjoying the great game of Rugby.

In September 2012, he was called to the World Race where he fell in love with international missions and serving those in need. While on the Race, Travis met his beautiful wife Allyson who fearlessly teaches high school algebra and geometry.
Since the World Race, Travis worked at Adventures as a Squad Mentor and taught a leadership course before moving into his current role.
