Step Into Your Calling. (Alumni)
New: Hurricane Dorian Disaster Relief Efforts
The mission trip is over.
You've stuffed your dusty backpack in the closet and done your best to return to your old life. But America looks different after being on the field. It’s really hard to go back to ordinary when your heart craves something more.
There’s a network of thousands of Adventures alumni out there. We want to connect you with the dreams God has laid on your heart. It's our ministry to help you pursue your calling.
We created the alumni portal to make it easier to connect, going a bit deeper than just the regional facebook groups. Log in to update your information, edit what other alumni can see about you, and see who lives near you! Email us any ideas you may have to make the portal even better.
Alumni Portal LoginStaff Opportunities:
If you share our heart for reaching the lost and loving the least and left-out of the world, this may be the perfect place for you to work. We are committed to not only serving our missionaries in the field but also to investing in our staff and developing their spiritual gifts. To learn more about our open positions, go to adventures.org/careers.
CGA Opportunities:
The Center for Global Action Apprentice Program is a launching pad dedicated to your holistic development through community, discipleship, and apprenticeship. We believe God designed everyone uniquely and has placed a unique call on each life. We exist to activate your generation in its kingdom role.
Lead a Trip With Us:
Trip leaders serve as point people, directing both the spiritual and logistical aspects of a mission project. They work in teams to facilitate groups of 15-50 participants or under the leadership of a Project Director to help even larger groups participate in the mission of God.
Beauty for Ashes:
Beauty for Ashes is a movement inviting women into the freedom God designed for them. We create safe places where stories can be shared, connections made, and grace given. Beauty for Ashes is both a program and an event where we will walk women through their story, using the Holy Spirit and community to bring healing to the areas not yet brought to the light.
Long Term Missions:
Are you called to serve God in the US or overseas for a year or longer? Adventures in Missions enables passionate followers of Jesus to spread the Gospel in teams throughout the world and make disciples of Christ. Through learning the language and diving into the culture, you will live and work with a team amongst the people you are sent to minister to, forming long-lasting, impacting relationships within the community while telling them the good news of Jesus Christ.
Kingdom Journeys:
Kingdom Journeys (KJ) is a 6 month program that brings together teams of driven and capable WR alumni to impact communities. KJ Team members are spiritually mature problem solvers who take initiative and are eager to step into their unique callings.
Project Searchlight:
Project Searchlight is a five-day conference in Gainesville, Georgia, just for alumni. PSL will challenge you to abandon the comfortable life all over again. It’s a chance to reunite with your squad, hear from inspiring keynote speakers, get one-on-one coaching from business and missions leaders, and learn more about alumni opportunities. It's designed to help you do the next season well, wherever God is calling you.
G42:
G42 exists to mobilize Christ-followers to plant or lead missional communities that establish the Kingdom of God around the world. We aim to empower leaders who are passionate about giving their lives to Christ and His message of radical love.
World Race America:
World Race America exists to encourage, support, activate and motivate Alumni Racers to be goers, senders and hosts in America. To live missionally and walk in close intimacy with the Father. We want to see revival in America. To have a welcoming presence in every state where Racers could go and serve or be filled up to return back to their mission field. Where they can encourage the American church to live its original design.

Temporary housing and community-living for World Racers transitioning off the mission field.
Landing zones are hosted by trusted friends of the World Race including: former coaches, alumni Racers and other elders in our community. These communities are intended to be a safe and healthy space for Racers to process their year and prepare for their next season.
Transitioning from a year like the World Race has a unique set of challenges that can be unlike any other transition you've experienced previously. Landing zones will allow you the opportunity to walk through this season with people who have a deep understanding of your experience.
