Our vision is to see a Swaziland full of people living abundant lives through Christ. The Gospel is at the heart of our ministry. Along the way we need help feeding 5000 orphans and vulnerable children each day. As people meet Jesus and there is assurance of food security, we focus on sustainability projects. Growing food, access to safe water, child education, and leadership development are key initiatives to empower people for better lives. Your gift of resources - time, talent, or finances - are most welcome!
Given opportunity the Swazi people are natural agriculture experts! You can help families enter into the dignity of feeding themselves and taking advantage of available markets for their produce.
Gifts provide needed fencing, water systems, soil preparation, and seedlings for both community gardens and home based agriculture.
We pursue fresh water wells to bring safe water for health and agriculture projects. Purification systems and other water source projects are also available. Ask us more about the most critical needs.
Water wells with solar pumps can be installed for $20,000.
Investing in the future means investing in future leaders. With an active leadership development program we are doing just that. $300 per month for two years can train an emerging leader in our apprenticeship program.
For most Swazis, getting an education is more important than food. Education is the only hope to overcome the cycle of poverty. All schools in Swaziland are fee based.
Primary school is $100 a year for fees, uniform, and supplies.
High school is $500 - $1000 a year plus various amounts for transportation.
