Come alongside faithful Romanian missionaries who are meeting the spiritual and physical needs of their neighbors, communities, and the Balkans region. You’ll join Hope Church in meeting spiritual and tangible needs in the community and surrounding countries, from pouring into Christ-centered relationships with college students to assisting eyeglass clinics. These missionaries know that God has created and grown your passions and talents with intentionality and are ready for the unique skills you can bring alongside their ministry.
Romania is in the heart of Eastern Europe. The country is home to many Romanians who are familiar with the Orthodox Church and Roma people who are among the least reached in the country. Among both groups, faithful Romanian missionaries are evangelizing, discipling, and planting churches and people are starting to choose to live for Jesus. Will you choose to join these missionaries as they reach their towns, region, and continent with the Gospel?
Our ministry partner, Hope Church, is a community dedicated to growing and impacting people with the hope of Christ on a local, regional, and international scope. Through training local, Romanian missionaries, the church has planted several churches throughout Southern Romania and has expanded their outreach to other countries in the Balkans. Our teams assist Hope Church with their outreaches on college campuses, to the Roma community, and children’s programs.
We have an experienced risk management team. They monitor political, health, weather, and other risks in the regions where we serve. We continue to confidently plan impactful trips and adjust when necessary. We won’t launch a trip that isn’t up to our standards of safety. In 2020, we canceled our international trips due to safety and travel restrictions with COVID-19 and gave options to our participants to join us domestically or defer to a later date. We currently feel confident launching this trip. If we have to cancel this trip, or you don’t feel comfortable going, the money you’ve raised can be applied to a different or future trip within the next calendar year.
We want you to have a new experience with Jesus that dramatically encourages your relationship with Him. God has things to say to you! During our mission trips, we intentionally spend time to listen.
More than just setting up a trip, we want to become your partners in ministry.
The Holy Spirit is already doing a great work in your group; it’s our role to understand your needs and come alongside what God is already doing in a unique way.
All of our ministry partners, both overseas and domestic, have a history of excellence in hosting short-term mission teams.
All of our Project Leaders have been well trained and are specifically prepared to lead each group.
More than just designing an experience for your group, we work with ministry partners that have a long-term plan for sustainability. Your team will come alongside these efforts and can be confident that your service is actually helping.
It’s important to us that your group has an opportunity to connect with Jesus and what He’s doing, both around the world and here in the United States. It’s just as important to us that your experience happens in the context of a plan for sustainability. Our long-term missionaries and ministry partners are doing fantastic work every day. Your short-term mission trip will be specifically designed to support that effort while inspiring your group’s relationship with Jesus.
